Many enclosure manufacturers offer a large number of standard enclosures that come in a variety of sizes, materials and configurations. Few offer the enclosure customization that Buckeye Shapeform does.
We go the extra mile for our customers regardless of order size or time constraints. We offer a complete lineup of enclosure models and sizes or we can create completely customized solutions in either metal or plastic materials. Our enclosures are widely used for military, medical, audio/visual, telecommunications and many other manufacturing industries.
The custom enclosures at Buckeye Shapeform replace the one-size-fits-all approach with one-stop shopping because we realize that standard enclosures don’t work for every application. At Buckeye Shapeform, we take pride in our ability to customize the products we manufacture, no matter the order size.
Other customization options include:
- Front- and rear-panel customization
- Punching and holes
- Self-clinching inserts and conventional fasteners
- Standard conventional fasteners
- Machining
- Special sizes
- In-house powder coating
- Painted and vinyl-laminated metal finishes
- Alodine and anodize plating

Expedite the process with Buckeye Shapeform’s 3-D CAD Designs
On the Buckeye Shapeform website, we offer a catalog of thousands of enclosures that we have produced for our customers. We also offer customers the ability to download our 3-D CAD designs, customize them to fit their product and send back to Buckeye Shapeform for manufacturing.
If customers don’t have the ability — or the time — to create their own 3D CAD models, they can let the experienced team of engineers at Buckeye Shapeform assist them. Our experience has shown us that the ability to customize our enclosures using the 3-D CAD designs has sped up the process of getting a product to market.
Finish with a custom touch
We offer an in-house powder coating operation as a capability to provide our customers with more options on their enclosure finishes and to gain control over the process. By offering in-house powder coating, Buckeye Shapeform is able to offer a quicker delivery time and at a lower cost than an outside vendor would charge.
In an average year, Buckeye Shapeform processes about 15,000 to 17,000 orders, and every day we get requests for a product with a powder-coating finish. By offering this capability in-house, we are able to provide better-packaged solutions for our customers.
