Our Leadership Team
Steve Parker
President
Steve Parker is President of Buckeye Shapeform. In this role, Steve manages all aspects of Buckeye’s operations including accounting, operations, quality and engineering.
Steve is highly qualified in accounting having begun his career as a CPA providing financial audits to clients. This experience provided him with a broad-based depth of business experience across many industries.
Before joining Buckeye Shapeform in 2018 Steve worked for many years in management roles in finance, operations and accounting, in banking, identity apparel, advertising specialties and internet-based startups.
Steve specializes in providing small companies with financial leadership and results-based management to create a strong, positive culture to promote and support organization growth.
Steve’s varied background provides the perfect foundation for being President of Buckeye and working to grow the company.Mitchell Fogg
Vice President, Marketing & Sales
As Vice President, Mitchell focuses closely on managing the growth and acquisition of current and prospective customers. He directly manages all Sales, Marketing & Business Development activities in addition to Customer Service and Purchasing functions.
Mitchell joined Buckeye in March of 2014, has extensive knowledge of the industry and market potential. He works very closely with the Engineering , Operations & Quality to develop and maintain manufacturing capabilities that will provide unconditional support to their customers.
Mitchell is motivated to continue to develop & diversify his leadership skills to enhance strategic development. Focusing on cultivating communication, trust, fostering collaboration, balancing accountability and creativity along with approach adaptation.Kevin Kretschmer
Director of Engineering
Kevin Kretschmer is responsible for the overall management, direction, and coordination of the Engineering Department. He is also responsible for product design and development, overseeing fabrication processes and evaluating and implementing capital equipment.
Kevin and the Engineering staff take ownership of the processes throughout the plant and set production standards for all products and offer recommendation for process improvements.
Before joining Buckeye Shapeform, Kevin worked as a Mechanical Engineering Manager responsible for the design of interactive kiosk products created for the retail environment. He has thorough knowledge of sheet metal, extrusion, plastic part design, machining, rapid prototyping, and packaging design. He successfully worked with design firms on various kiosk development projects and customer-based projects.Jason Clemons
Engineering Manager
As Engineering Manager for Buckeye Shapeform Jason manages and assists staff engineers, oversees engineering processes, works closely with production, sales, customer service, and quality departments, and performs all tasks a Buckeye Shapeform engineer is responsible for which involves most aspects of the manufacturing cycle.
As part of the Buckeye Shapeform engineering team Jason focuses on ways to improve and support our customers and their products. Beginning with the RFQ process, making suggestions for manufacturability and finding the best solutions for requested products. This continues by providing our production department with the documentation and support needed to produce products to a high standard.
Jason joined Buckeye Shapeform in 2016, and has a background in manufacturing, sales, and operations management. Holding a degree with honors from Miami University in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, also certified in SolidWorks. This education and experience help Jason to be a successful and integral part of the Buckeye Shapeform team.Sarah Aguirre
Controller
As Controller at Buckeye Shapeform, Sarah Aguirre brings a sharp financial insight and a commitment to operation excellence. With background in accounting and financial reporting, Sarah plays a key role in ensuring the company’s financial health and integrity.
Known for her attention to detail and strategic mindset, she oversees day-to-day accounting operations, budgeting, and compliance, while supporting leadership in data-driven decision-making. Sarah is passionate about building efficient systems and developing transparency across departments.
With 6 years of experience in finance and accounting Sarah continues to drive improvements to contribute to the company’s growth and stability.Andrea Youmans
Quality Manager
In her role as Quality Manager, Andi leads the Quality Department and is responsible for Quality Assurance, Metrology, Internal Audit, Continual Improvement and Management System implementation and compliance. Andi works closely with every department to ensure Buckeye Shapeform not only produces excellent products but is continually striving to improve its processes.
Andi joined Buckeye Shapeform in March 2023 and brought with her 18 years of quality experience. Although she has worked in a variety of industries, Aviation, Space and Defense is what she is most passionate about. Andi had the privilege of serving as a voting member on the Requirements Management Committee of the AAQG and maintains strong working relationships throughout the industry.
Andi is a champion of the process approach and works hard to eliminate the potential for human error where possible. Her dedication to Operational Excellence fosters a culture of respect and empowerment which leads to seamless continuous improvement and a customer-centric mindset.
